At Greenwood Creek Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery; if your plants or garden supplies don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please note that live plants must be returned in their original nursery pots and in healthy condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring live plants are secured and hydrated for their journey back to our nursery.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horticulturists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
